Reservation can be made for a duration of 2 days. Payment should be made within these 2 days and please do inform us as soon as you have made payment so that we can proceed to pack up your order.

Customers who decide to cancel an order should have the courtesy of informing us via e-mail and not go MIA.

Modes of delivery

Delivery (clothes) :

Pos Daftar: RM3 (West Msia) and RM4 (East Msia).

Pos Laju: RM6 (West Msia) & RM9 (East Msia).

***Bits N Pieces will not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred onto the items after they have been sent out.

***Items are non-refundable. But no worries, I will check the items before mailing them to ensure that they are in good shape

***For books/novels, please enquire within for delivery charges as it is subject to weight & number of items purchased.

***Delivery via Pos Ekspres is currently not available as post offices insist that it is for Documents Only.
